We are not a rescue.

We are not a kill-pen.

We are not a non profit organization.

As of the writing of this page our horse program is a 100% closed program. Meaning we do not offer for sale, train, board, or otherwise work with outside horses or horses owned by other people. We do not offer direct training advice for horses and will not respond to questions or emails about training issues with your horses.

Our current program takes horses from auctions and other sources and offers them for sale either via private party or as a catalog listed horse at auction.

For buyers we offer an easy way to see what we have available and the information, pricing, location, photos, and any videos are all available easily online. We allow appointments to come see horses that you are interested in and have a bi monthly open house where you can come see all of the horses.

Appointments to see horses: We allow any interested party to make an appointment and privately visit the horse(s) of their choosing. There is an appointment fee required to be paid that will be taken off the price of any horse purchased. The fee is $40 for up to 4 horses and $70 for more than 4 horses. One half of the fee will be refunded if the purchaser shows up or cancels by 8 AM on the day of the appointment. This appointment fee has greatly reduced the number of parties making appointments they do not show up for or showing up with zero intention to actually buy a horse and covers the cost of labor to prepare the horses for appointments.

Bi-Monthly Open House: 2 times each month we open the sales facility to the public for a 8 hour period where people can come and view all the sales horses. There is no fee required and there will be refreshments and other items on sale during that time. We have vendors who sometimes set up at these open houses with available tack and other items for sale.  The only thing we do not allow for sale at these events is other horses.

When you come to visit the facility on for an appointment the horse(s) you have requested to visit will be penned up in our holding pens individually (one horse per pen) and they will be haltered. You will be free to go into the pen and examine the horse prior to catching and invited to attempt to catch the horse yourself to evaluate how the horse acts for catching. You may decline this and we will catch the horse for you. If you are planning to ride the horse you will be required to provide tack to do so. We do not provide riding equipment to potential buyers to use for evaluation of the horse. The first 15 minutes of riding must be done in our evaluation round pen. Once horse and rider are comfortable with each other the buyer will be invited to try the horse out in either our open riding arena or our evaluation arena. The evaluation arena is restricted to walking or trotting only. The open arena allows for cantering and galloping and can be set up with poles or barrels. From time to time we may also have calves that can be set in the open arena.

If you come during an open house all available for sale horses will be penned in the individual holding pens. The general public will NOT be allowed to enter the pens or directly interact with the horses without a member of our staff. At specified points during the open house each horse will be taken from the holding stalls, tacked, and ridden in the arenas for the general public to see. A schedule of these exhibit times will be available before each open house. The general public will not be able to ride the horses themselves at these events and will need to set an appointment if they desire to ride any of the horses before purchase.
